Envisaged Strategy Implementation

The strategy is themed over a three year period for better focus and therefore delivery as follows:

Year 1: Foundation
During the foundation phase of the strategy, the focus will be on the establishment and enhancement of the systems to enable delivery. Also focus will be on the replacement and training of human capital in such a way that they are positioned to deliver. This will also be accompanied by the education and awareness of clients about the role of the new institution. Attention will be given to improved governance to support the new institution

Year 2: Improvement
The improvement phase will entail the increased focus in performance as the foundation would have been laid in phase one. This will imply that we further build synergy on the foundation laid during the first year and gearing up the new organisation for effective performance.

Year 3: Excellence
It is envisaged that by year three, the Commission would be well established thus the focus would be on further improving the performance of year two, with the aim to excel in various service offerings.
