Important:  Customers cannot visit the Service Centres SST to resolve a query.  To resolve queries, customers must use the Enquiries System, available on the CIPC Website.  Queries relating to  transactions already lodged should only be submitted once the Service Turnaround Time has lapsed.

If the queries are not resolved within 10 working days, as stipulated on the Service Turnaround Times, and the escalation process has been followed, the query can be escalated to the CIPC Ombudsman as a complaint.  Ensure that the reference number provided when the query was lodged, is used in all correspondence.
