Notice of Person Authorised to Accept Service
To apply for a change of external representative on external companies, follow these steps:
Register as a Customer
To view information on how to register as a customer, click here. If you are already registered as a customer, and know your customer code and password, proceed to step 2.
Lodge a Notice of Person Authorised to Accept Service
Print and complete the following forms:
- CoR 21.2 for a Notice of Person Authorised to Accept Service on External Company
Scan and e-mail the completed and signed documents, together with supporting documents to email@example.com
The following supporting documents must be included in your e-mail:
- CoR21.2 application form
- Resolution or minutes which clearly indicates the representative who is resigning (if any) and the new representative of the company, in the event of resignation and appointment
- Certified identity copy of applicant
- Certified identity copy of the representative(s) affected by the change
