Ethics and Fraud Hotline Reporting Channels<\/h3>\n

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability.<\/p>\n

To support this commitment, CIPC has partnered with Whistleblowers (Pty) Ltd<\/strong> to provide an independent, secure, and confidential Ethics and Fraud Hotline<\/strong> for the reporting of fraud and unethical conduct.<\/p>\n

Purpose of the Hotline<\/h3>\n

The Whistle-Blowers Ethics Hotline enables employees, stakeholders, and members of the public to report suspected fraud, corruption, and unethical behaviour within CIPC in a safe and confidential manner.<\/p>\n

All reports are managed independently by Whistleblowers (Pty) Ltd to ensure impartiality and protection for whistleblowers.<\/p>\n
