The CIPC will be embarking on a review of the companies and close corporations re-instatement process and documentary requirements during its next financial year (1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016). A request has been received for the withdrawal of the requirement to submit the so called “no objection” letter from National Treasury and CIPC has agrees to such request.<\/span><\/p>\n
