The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) will be finally deregistering companies and close corporations which have continued to fail to comply with the filing of annual returns, on 28 February 2015. It should be noted that this final deregistration is only applicable to companies and close corporations that was referred for deregistration due to none compliance with annual returns during January 2013 and which have continued to fail to file annual returns.<\/p>\n
