The CIPCs XBRL Portal was rolled-out for live filings of Annual Financial Statements (AFSs) on 1 July 2018. As from this date the portal is not to be used to test various filing scenarios. In the event that an entity\u2019s AFS filing generated validation warnings, it is allowed for the entity to rectify the warnings and re-submit the AFS for a particular period. During re-submission, the previous filing will automatically be discarded by the system. A limit will be implemented in the portal on the number of re-submissions that will be allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n
