CIPC is constantly striving to improve the efficiency with which it registers company applications. In this regard, as from 1 May 2017, CIPC will no longer be accepting manually completed standard private company (CoR15.1A) and standard non -profit company (CoR15.1C) applications which is submitted via companydocs@cipc.co.za or posted to the CIPC. Manually completed and submitted new company registrations for CoR15.1A and CoR15.1C applications received via this channel on or after 1 May 2017, will be automatically rejected without further communication to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n
