You need to log on our website (<\/span>www.cipc.co.za<\/a><\/span>) first and then follow these easy steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. <\/span>Select \u201cENTERPRISE MAINTENANCE\u201d on the menu<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. <\/span>Under either:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    MAINTAIN A PRIVATE OR PERSONAL LIABILITY COMPANY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    OR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    MAINTAIN A PUBLIC OR STATE OWNED COMPANY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. <\/span>Select \u201cCHANGES TO MANAGEMENT, ADMIN & GOVERNANCE\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. <\/span>Select the 7th<\/sup> bullet: \u201cAppointment, resignation or removal of directors.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
