You may find that the registration number of your application submitted last year 2024 and the incorporation date (or registration date) is 2025. This is due to the automation of CIPC\u2019s system. CIPC assigns the year of registration as the year within the application was received, while the incorporation date is the actual date that the company was registered.<\/p>\n
