The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) would like to inform customers that CIPC will temporarily deactivate the service of the Upload documents functionality for company registration documents on eServices platform with effect from 2 May 2025. This is due to the high volume of enquiries received on eService\u2019s New Company registrations.<\/p>\n
Please email your signed new company documents application in PDF format to eservicescoreg@cipc.co.za<\/a> .
