Due to the CIPC automated system, please be aware that the registration numbers for applications submitted in 2025 will reflect incorporation or registration dates of 2026.<\/p>\n

The CIPC assigns the year of registration based on when the application was received, while the incorporation date is the actual date the company was officially registered.<\/p>\n
