Several CIPC customers have already begun using this enquiry tool, and we encourage all customers to do the same.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of CEMS it to provide a central repository for all enquiries logged within CIPC.<\/p>\n<p>Benefits of CEMS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Centralized and streamlined enquiry management<\/li>\n<li>Faster response times<\/li>\n<li>Improved tracking and follow-up of queries<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced customer support experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong>\u00a0 From 1 April 2026, all enquiries must be logged via the CEMS. The dedicated query email addresses will be discontinued as of <strong>1 April 2026<\/strong>. Enquiries received on or before 31 March 2026 will still be addressed.\u00a0 However, all follow-up correspondence related to those enquiries must be directed through CEMS.<\/p>\n<p>The system can be accessed via:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the CIPC website (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cipc.co.za\">cipc.co.za<\/a>), (scroll to the bottom of the home page, there is \u201cNEED HELP?\u201d, under that select \u201cLog a Query\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>Bizportal ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizportal.gov.za\/\">https:\/\/www.bizportal.gov.za\/<\/a> ), select \u201cContact Us\u201d, select \u201cEnquiries\u201d<\/li>\n<li>directly via <a href=\"https:\/\/enquiries.cipc.co.za\/\">https:\/\/enquiries.cipc.co.za\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All enquiries or requests related to Paper Based Disclosure and\/or E-Disclosure must now be submitted through CEMS.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that password resets are not managed through CEMS.
