The CIPC issues this statement in response to the Moneyweb article published on 19 October 2026 titled “CIPC saw the Nova disaster coming and failed to stop it”. While the article highlights the unfortunate circumstances faced by affected investors, it presents an incomplete and grossly misleading account of the actions taken by the Commission in relation to Nova PropGrow Group Holding Ltd (“Nova”) and the material developments relevant to those actions.<\/p>\n
