CIPC has observed that directors and members of the companies and close corporations respectively don’t know what to do with the SMS’s they receive from us. Upon the changes being made via our online platform, directors/members are notified of the pending changes made in the company or close corporation, in order for them to notify CIPC if those changes are not authorized.
