Ethics and Fraud Hotline Reporting Channels

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability.

To support this commitment, CIPC has partnered with Whistleblowers (Pty) Ltd to provide an independent, secure, and confidential Ethics and Fraud Hotline for the reporting of fraud and unethical conduct.

Purpose of the Hotline

The Whistle-Blowers Ethics Hotline enables employees, stakeholders, and members of the public to report suspected fraud, corruption, and unethical behaviour within CIPC in a safe and confidential manner.

All reports are managed independently by Whistleblowers (Pty) Ltd to ensure impartiality and protection for whistleblowers.

  • Unauthorised changes to entity information

  • Fraud

  • Bribery

  • Corruption

  • Misconduct
