Intoduction of additional payment method

CIPC strives to improve customer service. As part of the process, CIPC will be introducing an additional payment method. In terms of this new payment method, customers will be allowed to use debit and credit cards directly after selecting a service on its website www.cipc.co.za. Formal introduction of the payment method and affected services will be communicated closer to the time of introduction.

Discontinuation of manual application for (standard private company

CIPC is constantly striving to improve the efficiency with which it registers company applications. In this regard, as from 1 May 2017, CIPC will no longer be accepting manually completed standard private company (CoR15.1A) and standard non -profit company (CoR15.1C) applications which is submitted via companydocs@cipc.co.za or posted to the CIPC. Manually completed and submitted new company registrations for CoR15.1A and CoR15.1C applications received via this channel on or after 1 May 2017, will be automatically rejected without further communication to the customer.
